1. Orders and Shipping

Simply browse our website, select your desired items, choose your size and color, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the payment instructions.

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link to monitor the delivery status.

2. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached. Sale items are non-returnable unless they are defective.

To start a return or exchange, please visit our Returns page and follow the instructions. You’ll be asked to fill out a form and will receive further details via email on how to ship your item back to us.

Returns are processed within 5-7 business days once we receive the item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Yes! You can exchange any eligible item for a different size or color, subject to stock availability. Simply follow the instructions for returns and select "Exchange."

3. Products and Payments

We provide a size guide for each product to help you find the right fit. We recommend checking the guide before purchasing, as sizing can vary between brands.
